Step 1: Download the Harmonic Analyzer Installer |

CLICK
the link below to trigger the download of the HarmonicAnalyzerTM
installer. The installer is a 12MB windows executable which you should save to
your C:\ drive as installHA.exe CLICK the following link and "SAVE" to your C:\ (Hard Drive). (IMPORTANT: Please make sure you have at least 100MB free space on your C: drive before downloading the Harmonic AnalyzerTM installer executable and running the Harmonic AnalyzerTM software. Also, please turn off all security programs, firewalls and pop-up blockers. Certain spyware blocks critical elements of the program during the download.) Harmonic Analyzer Software 6.04 Installation Package ** Installation Note: You must RIGHT CLICK your mouse and "Save Target As" to your C:\ (hard drive). DO NOT just click the link. The software may not install properly. ("Save Link As" if you are using a Netscape web browser). If for any reason nothing happens when you RIGHT CLICK your mouse the link and "Save Target As" to your C:\ (hard drive), then try to right click on this link, HERE. Step 2: Run The Harmonic Analyzer Installer |

Once you have saved the software to your C: drive, double
click on installHA.exe to start the installation process.
A WinZip self extractor dialog will appear. To start the installation press the "Setup" button.
A command window will appear informing you the status of the installation process and when it is complete. Press any key in the command window to close it (Windows 98 users may also need press the close window button to close the window).
After the installation has completed you should have a Harmonic Analyzer icon on your desktop which looks like this:
If you don't have a Harmonic Analyzer desktop icon as above then use a Windows Explorer to look in the following folder on your C: drive: In there you should see a HA.exe file which you should right click on and select "Create Shortcut" from the popup menu. Then simply drag and drop the created shortcut to your desktop. |

Step 3: Complete Terms and Conditions Page with th Installer to Receive License |

Double click on the Harmonic Analyzer desktop icon. A dialog will now appear asking you to read through and agree to be bound by the Harmonic Analyzer Terms and Conditions. If you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions type your FULL name into the 2 text boxes at the bottom of the dialog and press the green "I Accept License Agreement" button. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions then press the red "I Reject License Agreement" button and the installation process will be aborted.  Assuming you have accepted the Terms and Conditions the Harmonic Analyzer Installer window will now appear. Press the green "Install" button to proceed with the installation process.
The installation should just take a few seconds and the text in the window will indicate that the installation process is now complete and you can close the window. The Harmonic Analyzer will then start up but a message will appear indicating that you do not have a license.
You will be contacted by HA_Support once your server file has been processed and your license has been created. To save space, you can now delete the downloaded installHA.exe file. |
