The Refund Policy for purchases of
the Harmonic AnalyzerTM
is as follows:

The Harmonic AnalyzerTM
Software Package has a 30-day trial period FOR A
LIMITED FEE! The software may be returned within 60 days a
full refund LESS a $99.95 trial fee.
Currently, the Harmonic Analyzer
Pro
sales price is $599.95 U.S. and the Harmonic Analyzer
Basic
sales price is $399.95 U.S. Subtracting the $99.95 fee,
the total refund is $500.00 (U.S.) for the HA PRO and $300.00
for the HA Basic.

The trial fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
The 30-day trial period is available only once to each
person.
The Refund Policy for
all leases of
the Harmonic AnalyzerTM
is as follows:

You must notify HA Support
(HA_Support@HarmonicAnalyzer.com)
at least 7 days before the end of each month regarding you
desire to cancel. You credit card will be billed each
month until you request cancellation of your subscription.

There are no pro-rated
refunds. Each monthly fee is paid in full for the
appropriate billing cycle. Once a billing period has
passed, the payment has been deemed earned in full and it is not
refundable.
